For information and services, please visit our friendly Customer Service Center, located at the end of the hallway between Reeds and Radio Shack. Complimentary wheelchairs are available. Mall wide gift cards are available for purchase as well. Information on current job opportunities can be found here also.
MALL GIFT CARDS
Redeemable in any Jacksonville Mall store where American Express is accepted. Greeting card is included. Gift Cards are sold in denominations of $20-$300. $2 purchase fee per card applies. Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are gladly accepted. American Express gift cards are also available. These gift cards can used any where in the United States that accepts American Express.
FAMILY RESTROOM
Jacksonville Mall is pleased to offer family a restroom located down the hallway between Reeds and Radio Shack. The room also features a private area for nursing.
